When i click on download torrent nothing happens

After clicking "get this torrent", manually go to the desktop. It should be there waiting for you to accept the torrent and start downloading. Alternatively, you can copy the torrent link and start it manually in the torrent application. I'm from India. Yea torrents are blocked here. So Im using VPNs. But Im not able to download the torrent file. Whenever i click 'get this torrent' nothing happens other than just a blink. Please help. Tried Incognito too. Please help. right click magnet copy link location open client click "add torrent link" paste in, if not already pasted click enter. You can just copy the hash in the link exluding the part that makes it a link. Good for sites that only post the hash. Or if browsing via a proxy that obfuscates links with random giberish. Utorrent was working fine untill recently it just didn't and now when ever I click the get torrent button nothing happens, I've checked for viruses and nothing Please help!
